no option to select 2 sided document

When scanning from the Color LaserJet Pro 4301fdw printer's control panel, you can select 2 sided document for making copies, but when scanning to email or computer, there is no option to select 2 sided document. We have to use the HP Smart app on the computer, if we want to scan 2 sided documents. How do we resolve?

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar
