no setup

I just found one of my old HP printers still in the box brand new and all that but upon opening and setting it up i realized it didn’t come with setup cartridges and now im mad because i looked up why might it be and it said i MUST set it up with those specific cartridges and now im mad because they aren’t sold anywhere.
