Product: Hp Color LaserJet Pro M454DW

I have a Hp Color LaserJet Pro M454DW. I have an error of nonhp chip ink cartridge. I did hours of research and followed YBTtoner.com guide for downgrading my printer firmware. I had several issues with my 7zip file manager. I updated that to 64 bit per my computer. I am runing windows 10 and cannot upgrade it due to my computer's abilities. I recieved a non applicable error message. To fix this I followed the guide completely. I attempted to change the enterprise dui files. Specifically the verifydownload text to 0. I read several reviews. I feel confident I am doing everything right. I continuously get an error at this step that says the file is read only and i cannot save the correction. The file properties are set to not read only. I fixed the original file before extracting and the one I was extracting from. 

I cannot seem to find the error. I am at a complete loss. 

Any advice would be so welcomed.
