HP Office Jet Pro e all in one will not scan and  will install critical s

software/firmware.  When i install software the printer is described as SCAN ONLy ....Do Not Delete.  When i try to scan the message states printer in use

I mis-typed.  Software will no install.6830 will not install

Is the printer wirelessly connected to the computer?

 

To resolve any driver related issues, run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

 

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

 

Use the HP Smart app to print and scan from your Win 10 PC(Wireless connectivity)
