Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to claim rewards or update software with the 4635. when I input the 4635 the drop down defaults to the 4635e. How do I claim rewards for using HP cartridges and update software or firmware?

There is no HP Officejet 4635 printer. It is HP Officejet 4635 e-All-in-One Printer.

 

Update the printer firmware as below

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your MAC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Printer drivers can be found here.

 

What rewards are you referring to? Kindly attach a picture of the same in your next post for better assistance.
