Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

finally did uninstall and then reinstall i downloaded the full drivers but it only installed the basic and on the scan page i do not have the option to scan to printer.  i am hooked up via usb because the printer cant be found on my network although i can print wirelessly from my tablet and my phone with no problem
