hi, 

 

ever since i updated my printer some years ago, it stopped working.  its been stored ever since.

 

i know found out that there is a new firmware for the printer, but im not being able to use it... any clues?

 

i get blinking lights, comms errors.  and truied doinf a soft and hard reset.  nothing worked.

 

is there a way to force the update, since probably the new FW should fix all the issues.
