Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Had this printer for quit a long time and only recently began having an issue. Don't require printing very often so it does go long periods without being used. The printer is connected via Wi-Fi but will no longer print. Win10 says its not installed but HP Smart says it is installed. When trying to print a document using the options in HP Smart it says the printer isn't completely installed and takes me to the device manager in the control panel. When searching for the printer in Windows it finds the printer automatically but when selecting the printer and installing it, the printer gets the icon for a scanner instead of a printer and is not 'installed' as a printer and will not print. I've removed and uninstalled/reinstalled hp smart and the printer and the problem persists. I've unconnected the the printer from the Wi-Fi and reconnected and power cycled the printer several times. I've also run the Solutions program and it did not fix the issue. I don't know what else to try.
