Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 3 shortcuts set up to scan documents and to send to either my Onedrive, my email or my wife's email. When I use the HP software on a desktop or app on my iPhone I can select 2-sided original and it works OK.

 

However when I use the shortcut on the printer itself it ignores '2-sided' if I select it and only ever scans 1-sided    

 

I have an Officejet Pro 9025e
