Hello Garry-C.  I see that I'm getting the same response as my first request. Are you a robot?

Hi,

Thank you for replying,

This is not an Automatic reply. I am not a robot, however I would like to know if you have tried the steps in the link suggested earlier, the link has all the steps to fix the issue.

Kindly let us know if the steps are performed and what is the result.

Thanks.
