I'm trying to connect to my bluetooth adapter to my Photsmart 385 printer.  When I try to set it up it asks me for my passcode.

I have no idea what the code is.  Can some one help me find it?

Greetings!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, you are looking for a Bluetooth Passkey.

Don't worry, I'm here to help!

Let's try these steps -

Please try this Passkey - 0000

If this does not work, try resetting the Bluetooth -

1) Press Menu on the printer control panel to access the printer menu.
2) Go to Bluetooth.
3) Select Reset Bluetooth options. Select Yes or No (default) to reset the Bluetooth options to their factory settings.

Hope this helps!

Let me know how that goes.

Thanks for your help.  After re-setting the Blueetooth options, the passcode 0000 worked--but now I get a message which says "Driver is unavailable"   Any other suggestions?

Thanks for getting back to us.

You may try installing the built-in drivers for the printer - HP Printers - Installing and Using the Windows Built-in Print Driver
