Hi;

My printer officejet pro 6970 recently face printing  cut off  when printing some pdf documents which is need to shrink to fit A4 size . In the printer preview, the documents is nicely shrink & fit to A4 size , but face cut off when print out.

i did carry out alignment of print head , remove & reinstall the printer driver .

Please find the attached sample of cut off documents and original document for reference
