Thanks ferRX for your support. I get an error message when downloading. Since this PC is an "ARM", is that the cause of the failure?

1. Yes that is the cause of failure,

• because Photosmart C4380 is a very old printer
• and probably may not work 🙄 with a modern ARM PC system.

2. This printer is only compatible to work with Intel PC computer. 

• Do you have a Intel or AMD PC computer, where you can try to install printer ? 🤔

3. Maybe you can try with the next software, could work or maybe not, but you can try 🤔

• HP Universal Printer driver
• https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/UPD/upd-pcl6-win11-ARM64-8.2.0.26778.zip
• After installing that Universal Printer driver you may need to Add printer and
• go to Windows > Settings > Printers > Add printer option.
