1. Checking on specifications and requirements for this printer Smart Tank 596, only shows that is compatible to work with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- There are no drivers for Windows 7.
2. However you can try to install the next driver:
- First install the next driver:
- HP Universal Printer driver for Windows 7:
- >> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/UPD/upd-pcl6-win10-x64-8.2.0.26778.zip
- After install that driver you may need to Add printer in Windows > Control Panel > Printers
3. Another option is to install HP ePrinter driver:
* Click YES to say thank you,
* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
