print driver is unavailable

Somehow my HP Officejet Printer 5255's printer setting is now showing PDF file and save.

I don't want this.  I just want to print an email or any document.

I tired reinstalling, but got the message that the driver is unavailable.

I cannot figure out how to fix this issue.

Hi @hpprinterpro 

here's what you need to do:

1. Uninstall HP printer software, and then remove the printer from your Devices list. 
2. Restart the PC
3. Close all programs
4. download only this complete package: HP OfficeJet 5200 All-in-One Print and Scan Driver and Accessories 
   File name: Full_Webpack-44.9.2759-OJ5200_Full_Webpack.exe (152.2 MB)
5. Close all programs
6. Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads double-click on the EXE
7. The installation was completed successfully, now you must ...
8. Restart the PC again
9. Now the installation is complete.

Document error messages accurately, even better is to take a screenshot of it and upload here.

I have uninstalled, as you suggest, and then tried installing the 5255.  It went through all the steps and at the end I received this message:  Unsuccessful Network Installation.

I don't know what's wrong.

The printer is located in the Devices , but says the Driver is Unavailable.
