Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8028e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Used my HP Officejet Pro 8028e on my old laptop with Win 10 but can't seem to get the driver to install on my new laptop with Win 11.  I have tried using HP Smart and just go in circles.  It looks like it has downloaded and then "driver not installed" pops up.  Used the wireless connection and tried wired, all with the same result.

Hi @LJerbew 

Please install the next driver for your printer:

>> Officejet 8020 - full driver install - Windows

 

Also when you run the installation, go for the first option Full software and drivers
