tried to print something from my laptop today and is saying my printer driver is unavailable. i've spent all day going round in circles on the help pages installing stuff that i previously already had installed... used edge as said it didnt support my browser for better smart app update... still doesnt support my browser.

wasted a day and still cant print from my laptop,
No updates have been done on the laptop since my last print.

Glad (sort of) to see I am not the only one. This is maddening, not least because the printer is shared with my wife's IDENTICAL laptop and she has no such issues. Printer will scan, both wirelessly and with USB connection, but it will NOT print, and yet it says happily that it is "Ready", until you look closer and it says "not installed".  This is by no means the first time such an error has come up in these forums - can we have a workaround, please?  By the way, I also encountered the "we do not support this browser" nonsense with the latest version of Chrome, and then with the latest version of Edge.
