print won't print envelopes

This printer won't let me print envelopes.  It keeps showing wrong size of paper even though there are envelopes loaded, it will not print.  Any advice?

Supported envelopes

To avoid paper jams and other issues, make sure you are using the correct type and size of envelope when loading the input tray.

note:

Load envelopes in the main input tray only.

C5 envelope	162 x 229 mm ( 6.4 x 9.0 inches)
C6 envelope	114 x 162 mm (4.5 x 6.4 inches)

DL envelope	110 x 220 mm (4.3 x 8.7 inches)
Monarch envelope	98 x 191 mm (3.9 x 7.5 inches)
U.S. 10 envelope	105 x 241 mm (4.1 x 9.5 inches)
6 3/4 envelope	92.2 x 165.1 mm (3.6 x 6.5 inches)

Alert the printer to the supported / loaded paper size / type of paper loaded in the printer tray.

If supported on your printer,

Open the tray where the paper is loaded,

Wait a few seconds,

Close the tray.

Look for a message on the printer control panel to edit / accept / change the paper size and type settings.

OR

If supported,

Use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to check / adjust the Paper Size & Type - Tray and Paper

There are additional factors, of course.

Assuming a supported envelope size, type, and weight,

The software you are using might influence the setup or outcome.

In most cases, it is necessary / recommended that the full driver printer software is installed.

Example - Word > Mailings > Envelopes - #10 envelope
