HP Recommended

I tried to connect the printer HP Laser 107a to the Decoder Machine. The Decoder Machine can recognize the printer name but is unable to print.
The Laser 107a printer is compatible with PCL 5 or PCL 6?

Does someone know the proper link that I can address this question to?
