@mohammed2774, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It sounds like you're encountering an issue where your HP LaserJet MFP M140we printer is connected to your laptop but not associated with your HP account. There are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot it:

Check Your HP Account Connection

Sign in to HP App: Ensure that you're signed into the HP app or website with the correct HP account. Sometimes, a sign-out and sign-in again may resolve issues.

Open the HP app on your laptop.

If you're not signed in, click on Sign in at the top right.

Enter your HP account credentials.

Register the Printer to Your HP Account:

In the HP app, find the printer setup section.

Click on Add Printer or Set Up New Printer.

If the printer is not listed, click on Manage Printers.

Follow the on-screen instructions to register the printer with your HP account.

Update the HP App

Ensure you have the latest version of the HP app.

On your laptop, check for updates in the Microsoft Store (for Windows) or Mac App Store (for macOS).

Reboot Everything

Restart your printer, laptop, and router. This can often resolve connectivity issues and refresh connections.
