Product: HP Smart Tank 515 Wireless All-in-One

I have changed my WIFI router to new router after that my Hp printer is not connecting to the WIFI or hp printer app in all the devices. please suggest how to connect it through hp printer app. In the app there is option of new printer and old printer connected to WIFI but message appears that printer not found. Then somehow by my Samsung device a app showed Samsung print service plugin but its  not easy to print as I have to wait for long time and I want Hp printer app for my HP smart tank 515 wireless. Thank you.
