Hi  xuanlan

I'm already trying to download from:

a)HP ePrint Software for Network and Wireless Connected Printers

or

b)https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL39376/lj-166432-4/HPEPrintAppSetupx64.exe

I hope the above is helpful

Hi Dragora,

I downloaded and installed the ePrint Software, then I tried to print, but registration is required before printing. So, I tried to register my email and never received the email from HP ePrint with a PIN to complete registration.  I am stuck, what can I do now?

Thank you.

If you did not receive the PIN email to complete your HP ePrint Software registration, follow these steps:

  1. Check Spam or Junk Folder: Ensure the registration email is not in your spam or junk folder. Sometimes, emails are filtered out by email providers.

  2. Resend the PIN: Try resending the PIN from the HP ePrint registration interface. Sometimes, an email might get delayed in transit.

  3. Verify Email Address: Double-check that you entered the correct email address. Even a small typo can prevent you from receiving the necessary emails.

  4. Check Email Filters: If you have custom filters set up in your email, make sure they are not preventing the email from reaching you.

  5. Contact Technical Support: If you still do not receive the PIN email after trying these steps, contact HP Customer Service for further assistance. They can help troubleshoot any issues related to your registration.

If you don't receive the pin, try installing the driver that I left you directly in option b) from the previous answer
