printer driver for Mac OS 13

I have a new laptop with Mac OS Ventura 13.0 on it. I downloaded the HP Easy Start software and after clicking through the first few steps, I get a message that says "We were not able to locate any software options for this product"

When will printer drivers for Mac OS 13 be available? Or is it something about my printer in particular?

I understand that you are getting printer driver issues, I am glad to assist you.

Update macOS

1. From the Apple menu  in the corner of your screen:
   • Choose System Settings. Then click General in the sidebar and Software Update on the right.
   • Or choose System Preferences. Then click Software Update.
2. If Software Update finds new software, click the Update Now or Upgrade Now button to install it.
   
3. Enter your administrator password, if asked. During installation, your Mac might restart, and you might see a progress bar or blank screen several times.

Remove a printer from your printer

1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Printers & Scanners in the sidebar. (You may have to scroll down.)

4. Control-click the printer in the list on the right, choose Remove printer, then click Remove Printer.
