Product: Deskjet 3054 all in one J610
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Have reloaded multiple times the suggested driver for Deskjet 3054 all in one J610 series printer using my MacBook Air with macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 operating system, and always get error message "filter" issue - offline.  Have tried easy start, but no driver is available there.

Click on the below link to download and install this package which will update drivers and the certificate:

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Installations/Essentials/hp-printer-essen...

 

If the issue persists, 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Also, check for any software updates on MAC

Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.
