Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I contacted Apple originally for help with error message on printer and they advised to load new  HP driver. I uninstalled the software as per https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06960563

and tried to upload driver but got the following error message . I am unable to get anyone at tech support to help me.

please please help 🙂

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues downloading the printer driver for your Mac computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Download and install the printer driver from the below link and check if it helps.

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip
