there is no driver, how can i make this printer work with windows 7?

Hi @John2030 

Checking on the specifications for Officejet 9730e shows compatible only for Windows 10 and Windows 11.

Maybe there are no compatible drivers to use for Windows 7.

 

For an alternative driver try with the next options:

 

 

 

  • >> HP Print Driver for Windows PCL3
