Product: officejet 150
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

My operating system is newer than the printer requires. I have OS 10.10, set up says 10.7 or older is needed.

Does anyone know of a workaround for this (other than buying new equipment)?

HP Officejet 150 Mobile printer is compatible with Mac OS X 10.10. You may download and install the Mac OS X 10.10 version compatible printer full feature software and driver from here.
