Hi @Nancy19471,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I completely understand how frustrating it must be to lose access to your printer after a computer crash, especially when all you want is to get back to printing smoothly. Let’s get you back on track with the right drivers for your HP ENVY Photo 6200 series printer on Windows 7.

Step-by-Step: Install HP ENVY Photo 6200 Series Drivers for Windows 7

  1. Visit the official HP driver page for your printer: 👉 HP ENVY Photo 6200 All-in-One Printer series Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support

  2. Select your operating system manually:
    • Scroll down and click “Choose a different OS”.
    • Select WindowsWindows 7 (32-bit or 64-bit), depending on your system.

  3. Download the full feature software:
    • Look for HP Easy Start or Full Feature Software and Drivers.
    • Click Download and save the file.

  4. Run the installer:
    • Double-click the downloaded file.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to install the printer software and drivers.

  5. Connect your printer:
    • Use a USB cable or Wi-Fi (if supported).
    • The installer will guide you through setup and connection.

Helpful Tip:

If you're unsure whether your system is 32-bit or 64-bit:

  • Right-click ComputerProperties → Look under System type.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
