hello, i bought my printer hp deskjet 2130 all in one printer from middle east. and i locally bought new cartridge from philippines, cartridge 63 and it says cartridge incompatibility. i need assistance with the changing of region for the printer and supports are currently unavailable to me. please help as soon as possible.
