@Angela-63301, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding printer issue!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I can imagine how frustrating it feels when you hit print and the page just sits there, untouched. Let’s try a few simple steps to get your HP DeskJet 4133e talking again:

Check the basics – Make sure the printer is powered on, connected to Wi-Fi (steady blue light), and showing up as the default printer in Windows.

Restart the flow – Turn off both the printer and your computer, unplug the printer’s power cord for 60 seconds, then reconnect and restart everything.

Clear the jammed queue – On your PC, go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners, select your printer, and cancel any stuck print jobs.

Refresh drivers – Install the latest HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store, run it, and let it pull in the updated drivers/firmware.

Once done, try printing a test page through HP Smart.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
