I tried to use my printer last week and I can't I want to know how I can fix.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP LaserJet M110w Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

May I know

1. Since when are you facing this issue

2. Have you made any changes on your printer post that this issue raised and have you observed any light blinking on the display and error code 

3. May I know if you are using genuine cartridge's
4.May I know the operating system windows or Mac OS?
 

Could you please elaborate in detail?

I have had this issue since 2 weeks ago, and I didn't know why. I'd been using genuine cartridges, that's why I don't understand what happened. Sorry for the delay I was so busy

Could you please elaborate in detail? What is the issue you are facing with the printer? 

May I know if you're getting any error messages or lights blinking
