Hi @Aa9876,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

When you switch internet providers, you may need to reconnect your HP printer to the new Wi-Fi network. If the Setup Wizard isn't allowing you to connect the printer wirelessly, try the following steps:

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off your printer, wait briefly, and then turn it back on. This can sometimes reset the printer's connectivity settings.

Restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode:

  • When you turn on your printer for the first time or after a reset, it is typically in Wi-Fi setup mode. If it's not, you can manually restore it:

    • For printers with a touchscreen control panel: Go to the Setup, Network, or Wireless menu, select "Wireless Setup Wizard," and follow the instructions to enter the new network name (SSID) and password.

    • For printers without a touchscreen: Press and hold the Wireless button for five seconds or until the light starts to flash. Within two minutes, press and hold the WPS button on your router. The connection completes when the wireless light stops flashing.

Use a USB Cable for Setup:

  • Connect your printer to your computer temporarily using a USB cable. This allows you to configure the wireless settings. During the setup process, the software typically provides the option to change the network settings.

Web-Based Printer Settings:

  • Access the printer's Embedded Web Server (EWS) using a browser. Enter your printer's IP address to open the EWS. From there, navigate to the Network or Connectivity tab and update the wireless network settings manually.

Printer Driver Reinstallation:

  • It may be helpful to reinstall the printer drivers on your computer. Go to Official HP® Support to download the latest drivers and follow the instructions to connect the printer to the new network.

Check for Firmware Updates:

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.

I'm an HP Employee.
