my printer is not able to print the very top line of a cocument or is missing the very bottom line of a document

 

hoe can I allign it to print the full document?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you tried with the different documents or images?
  • What is the exact printer model number? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
  • Are you trying to print from a mobile device or from a computer?  
  • Could you please share the picture of the document which is misaligned?
