good evening everybody, I need your help. I do own an laserjet pro m28a and it doesnt work. i installed all the immaginable hp software like 'hp support assistant', 'hp smart' etc. using hp smart I launched a diagnosis scan of the printer while connected to my pc. the result shows that there are no errore, but when i click on "print the check file" or something like that... IT DOES NOTHING. I try anpther file, nothing. i tried empting the printing queue and to send a file again and still nothing... i tried to see if i do need to update the drivers and the answer is no. I have no clue what to try...

Pls send help 😞
