Printer off line, lack of support from HP, impossib le to get on the tutorials as the solutions are very simple, need to talk to someone in HP, worst service ever

Hi @jcmi 

1. You may need to install your printer on 2.4 Ghz network.

 

2. Please follow steps from the next video:

3. HP Support contact options:

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
