Microsoft Windows 11

I have a new router and I'm trying to setup my HP Envy 6000 printer. The printer was detected and setup fine with the previous router but for some reason it is reported as 'offline' when I try and set ot up on the new router. I am using a Microsoft Surface device running on Windows 11. I followed the instructions and restarted the printer and the router but same thing happens. I'd appreciate if someone can give me a hand with this as its becoming very frustrating. Thanks.

I've resolved this issue. I was pressing the wrong button to reset the printer's wifi settings. At the back of the printer there are 2 buttons, a rectangle one and a small round one. To reset the printer's wifi settings press the small round button.

You will likely need to return the device to initial wireless setup mode. There is an article in the Knowledge base that I wrote with links to help you.
