Product: hp Officejet 8610 all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried everything!  even factroy reset the printer. I still see it connected to our network - but will not print from the computer - signal says "offline" when I go into devices it shows the printer "grey" in color.

found out my wireless card/chip or whatever its called has gone bad - but thank you for helping.
