Microsoft Windows 11

Had to reinstall windows.  Now printer only prints in the upper 1/4 left quarter of screen.  This is the dumbest problem I have ever had.  My other pc prints fine (didn't have to reinstall printer on this printer).  Yes every thing is set perfect.  yes everything is up to date, yes I installed the latest drivers, yes I've paid my bills, and cleaned my garage.  Hopefully that covers all the stupid questions.  Oh yea I unplugged it and plugged it in again, ran reinstalls.  I am at the point I'm buying a brother printer.  I've tried printing emails, word docs, pdfs, and all the same result.  Oh wait did I say win 11 with all the latest updates, oh and all the latest updates.  yea.

Issue resolved:  I deleted all drivers and HP apps.  Rebooted and once again and tried just adding the printer via Windows Printer Settings.  I've tried this several times before and it failed.  The printer would install but still only print in the upper 1/4 of the page.  However this morning for unknown reasons it worked.

Thank you for the suggestion.  Unfortunately it mainly delt with inkjet print quality.  After making my original post I did install Smart Print and tried using it to reinstall the printer.  While it found the printer it was unable to locate drivers.  Before that I had downloaded HP_M1130_M1210_MFP_Full_Solution-v20180815-10158769_1.exe.

Side note, I'm using Opera Web browser which does not work well with your website  I switched to Edge and it works fine on your site.  Not relevant to my issue but thought I would mention it for others who use Opera.  Anyhow the install would find my printer and then after much time post a message saying it failed.  I've tried both having the driver app find my printer and also I've entered the IP address.  Always finds the correct printer but both methods fail the same way.  The printer is working fine when I use my work PC with it.  I did try and run the above exe several times, rebooted pc in between attempts and also power cycled the printer.   I've also re-downloaded the driver to make sure it was not corrupted.   Here is the error I get:
