Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.

I understand that you have an HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2645 All-in-One Printer and it does not print content from the websites. You have to download the webpage to your computer as a PDF file and then print. I read that you're unable to download the drivers from the HP website. I'll surely assist you to fix this.

To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What web browser you using?
  • Are you unable to print from all the websites or some particular secured websites (like banking, etc.)?
  • Have you tried printing from different web browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet explorer, etc. and checked?

If the printer able to print other files and just not print from the internet then it could be related to a web browser. Hence I suggest you to use a different browser.

If the issue persists then please download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor software. This is a free tool for Windows to help resolve issues with the printer drivers.

I would like to know why you need the printer drivers. Are you facing any other issues with the printer?

However, you may download the full featured printer drivers for Windows 7 from this link.

I hope this information helps. Let me know how it goes. Cheers! 🙂
