Test print completed with no problems.  Tried to print an email and pop up says: printer not activated, error

Hi @TerryK1320

Windows 10 sometimes loses track of the default printer, causing apps to throw activation errors.

1. You may see an error 30 like the next window:

2. Set the HP M235sdw as Your Default Printer

  1. Press the Windows Key + I to open Settings.

  2. Go to Devices > Printers & scanners.

  3. Uncheck the box that says "Let Windows manage my default printer" (if available).

  4. Click on your HP LaserJet MFP M235sdw, click Manage, and select Set as default.

  • Step 4. click Manage.

  • click "Set as default" button
