bought this printer starter inks damaged bought genuine inks will still not let me setup ,just keeps asking for starter inks any ideas how to overcome this problem please .

Hi, 

I also have the same issue, printer was working fine, new laptop, went to install and asked for starter cartridges. Luckily still had them from 3 months ago when I bought he printer. However, HPSmart continues to ask me to install the start up cartridges even after they are in. Will not print, copy or scan anything. Please could you let me know what to do next.
