printer settings have changed in illustrator. Example-cannot chose paper type plus more

Printer: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740

When using Adobe Illustrator, my printer capability has changed. Example- I cannot choose Printer Shortcuts, Paper/Quality, Layout, Advanced

Nor can I scale or print a large drawing on many pages (called tiling)

What do I need to do correct this problem?
