Hi @BKPDDP,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To print 30 1-inch mailing labels using your HP DeskJet Plus 4158 All-in-One Printer, follow these steps.
Prepare the Labels:
- Ensure you have 1-inch mailing labels and that they are properly loaded into the printer’s paper tray.
Set Up the Printer:
- Turn on your HP DeskJet Plus 4158 printer.
- Load the label sheets into the input tray. Make sure they are aligned properly and fit snugly against the side of the tray.
Print Settings on Windows:
- Open the application or document you want to print from.
- Go to File > Print.
- Select HP DeskJet Plus 4158 as your printer.
- Click on Preferences or Properties.
- Choose the correct paper size (e.g., if using a standard size with 1-inch labels, you may need to select a custom size or choose the nearest standard size and adjust the layout accordingly).
- In the Layout tab or equivalent, set the number of copies to 30.
- Click OK or Print.
Print Settings on macOS:
- Open the application or document you want to print from.
- Go to File > Print.
- Select HP DeskJet Plus 4158 as your printer.
- Click on Show Details if needed.
- Choose the correct paper size.
- Set the number of copies to 30.
- Click Print.
Using HP Smart App:
- Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
- Select Print Documents or Print Photos, depending on your content.
- Choose the correct paper size and adjust the layout settings as needed.
- Set the number of copies to 30.
- Click Print.
Check Print Preview:
- Always check the print preview to ensure the labels are correctly aligned and sized before printing the full batch.
If you encounter any issues or the labels are not aligning correctly, you may need to adjust the label settings
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
