Product: hp officejet pro 9025
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have had my 9025 over a year.  All of a sudden it is not printing as set.  Have it set to print in draft and it is printing in best, using a lot of ink.  Also today set to print from main tray and it will only print from tray 2,  which is printing on my business check... not fun.

I would like to help

 

Try restoring the printer back to factory settings

 

1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ). 2. Touch Printer Maintenance . 3. Touch Restore. 4. Touch Restore Factory Defaults. A message appears stating that the factory defaults will be restored. 5. Touch Continue
