Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
- Connect your computer to the router.
- Connect your printer and router using an Ethernet cable.
- Open the HP software on your computer. If prompted, create or sign in to an HP account and register the printer.
- In HP software, add the printer, and then follow the on-screen instructions to add or connect the printer.
