HP Smart App does not see my printer. It is plugged in via USB. See Figure 1. The Settings in my computer shows the Printer IS connected to the computer> see Figure 2. It keeps asking me to turn on Bluetooth. As you can see in Figure 3, I do not have Bluetooth. I is also asking I connect it via Wi-Fi. But Figure 4 shows you that I do not have Wi-Fi either. Restart your printer, turn it OFF for 2 minutes, then turn back ON, then follow steps from the next video:
