Printer 8720 suddenly offline, not possible to get online again, but other computers in network are on online and able to print and scan; start “hp print and scan doctor”, message incomplete software installation," please download new software", install, but this remains incomplete: printer does not appear anymore in print field, printer command program for printing, scanning and faxing is disappeared; removing then all hp programs via windows, installation "full web pack" same problems, stopping when activation apprears on screen.

I understand you are getting printer offline error on your PC.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Does the issue persist when you make a copy from your printer?
Is the printer connected to wired or wireless connection?
Please provide the exact model name of your printer to assist you better.
As you mentioned you are getting printer offline error on your PC.
Download and run print and scan doctor on your PC and check if it helps.
Refer this article to know how to run print and scan doctor on your PC.
Also, try the steps recommended below.
Right-click “Command Prompt” and select “Run as administrator“.
Type net stop spooler then press “Enter“.
Type del %systemroot%\System32\spool\printers\* /Q then press “Enter“.
Type net start spooler then press “Enter“.
The print queue on your Windows should now be cleared. Type exit, then press “Enter” to exit the command window.
Also, uninstall the printer drivers from root level and install the full feature printer software.
In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
Select your HP printer.
Select Uninstall.
In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
Click on Drivers tab.
Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.
Select OK.
Update the full feature printer software using this link.
