Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

       I have a hp deskjet 3000 printer connected to my desktop computer running windows 7. I have a laptop computer running windows 10.  My cd  software for the printer does not work on windows 10. My question is can I download software from HP that will work for windows 10 so I can use my printer with my laptop? Thanks.

Please download and install its latest software below:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL34579/dj-109022-3/DJ3000_J310_1315-1.exe

 

If you install the printer with a USB, make sure not to connect the USB cable till the installation prompt to do so.

Hi,

 

      I installed the printer software but I can not connect the printer to the computer. It says the password is wrong but it is right since the wifi is connected. What can I do to connect the printer to the computer? Thanks.
