I see that you are facing issues.

 

Request you to update printer firmware. Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

The issue with installing a firmware update is that the HP software indicates the installed firmware is currently updated and therefore it will not allow me to re-install the printer firmware.  It's possible that reinstalling the printer firmware would indeed resolve this issue.

 

Why doesn't HP allow the firmware to reinstalled even if it overwrites the existing firmware?
