hello y'all
I've replace my black in cartridge on my desk jet 3720 and don't have a clear print anymore. I need to adjust the printheads. On the printer's website I found out that I should use the printer utility which I should find my program folder. But I can't find it. I remember that I adjusted the printhead before (some 16 months ago) on my older mac (OS el Capitan). Now I can't find the utility anywhere. Not even on my old mac. There are no drives or utilities for mac os on the hp website for this printer.
I deinstalled the printer and reinstalled it. If checked for the latest firmware.
Any suggestions?

Hi,
From System Preferences select Printers & Scanners, double click your printer name and select Printer Options, from there open the utility tab and open th HP Utility, there you may clean pr align the print cartridges.
If you cannot locate a such, look for an HP Smart option under your Applications folder too, from there select Printer Settings and open the Printer Toolbox.
If you cannot locate any of the options above, install the latest essential software using HP Easy Start which will add the HP Utility to your Applications folder:
